Gymnema Powder
Gymnema powder is a herb native to Asia that has been used medicinally for thousands of years in India. In Ayurveda, it is called Gurmar which literally means "Sugar-Destroyer".
Directions: Mix 1/2 tsp on milk, water, or your favorite smoothie.
